By registering and placing a bid, bidders acknowledge that all bids are binding and constitute a commitment to purchase. The Vendor reserves the right to place any lot on the market at any time prior to the close of the auction.

All lots are offered strictly on an “as is, where is” basis, without warranty or guarantee of any kind unless stated in individual lots. All motor vehicles, trucks and trailers are sold unregistered with no road worthy certificate (RWC) unless stated in item description. Inspections are strongly recommended prior to bidding.

Invoices will be issued via email following the sale of the final lot. Full payment is required within twenty-four (24) hours of invoice issue. Assets must not be collected until cleared funds have been received. All purchased items must be collected within fourteen (14) days of auction conclusion. Items not collected within this timeframe may be deemed abandoned and may be resold or otherwise disposed of at the Vendor’s discretion.
